The Mountain Seminar is an exciting, inspiring and highly-customizable indoor event specifically designed for mid to large sized groups. We have many variations to this event to be delivered outdoors as well. We integrate corporate messaging to bring your company’s core values, business strategies, and meeting themes to life!
We’ve been working with Grand Dynamics for many years now and the Mountain Seminar experience created an environment where we really had to rely on each other and really trust one another to come out on the other end successfully.

HOW IT
WORKS

First, participants are split into small teams. Professional facilitators train each team on the mountaineering skills they need to successfully summit the mountain while learning leadership and teamwork skills along the way.

Next, participants work together to find their tent supplies and set up base camp. They will navigate mountain challenges such as high wind, crevasses, darkness and fog, all created through our event design and special effects.

Once each team completes their basecamp setup, they celebrate and debrief the lessons learned with the support of one of our expert facilitators.

Teams share the lessons they learned and insights they gained from their journey to the summit of the mountain.

Special Effects
We use special effects to create an immersive, sensory experience…You may not really be climbing a mountain, but it will sure feel like it! Imagine your business team, roped together… entering into a pitch dark room with one headlamp… the light shines through the cloud layer while the wind blows across your face… these sights and sounds create an excitement that you won’t find in just any corporate seminar.
