The Amazing Race Adventure is the perfect competitive team building event. Prepare to embark on an adventure that takes you on a race at the location of your choice: your resort, the surrounding city or countryside, or through the backcountry. We’ll take you and your team to places you wouldn’t find on your own – historic landmarks, iconic locations and secret spots that give you the insider’s view into a new destination.

In small teams, participants locate race checkpoints, solve intricate team challenges and then travel to the next checkpoint to rack up the highest score. Roadblocks, detours and cunning problem solving challenges abound throughout the day. Program design can be customized to accommodate the time of year, program duration, and physical ability of the group.

Grand Dynamics delivered an OUTSTANDING and memorable program that my attendees are still raving about. It was a customized program, and we were able to enjoy the highlights of the area, take lots of pictures, and get fired up with a little friendly competition. Some on my team said it was the best activity they have ever done!

Teams of 4 - 6 use our event app to navigate to checkpoint challenges

Checkpoint Challenges

Teams complete challenges guided by our app or presented by Live Hosts. “Solutions” are submitted to the app via text, photo or video. Responses are monitored by our team in real-time and awarded points

Teams can view the live stream and leaderboard to see what other teams are submitting and which team is “winning”

Complete

The teams complete the course and winners are announced following the closing ceremonies where teams share their highlights, insights, teamwork tactics and leadership strategies.

We specialize in creating customized events that consider your goals and highlight the unique features of the event location. We consider the event duration, the level of physical challenge required and modes of transportation available. LOCATION

Grand Dynamics can conduct an Amazing Race at the destination of your choice. In our course design, we include iconic points of interest and lesser known “secret spots” that showcase your location. We also create “on-the-go” challenges to highlight the area’s history and topics of significance. No idea is too crazy – if you can dream it up, we can create it!

TECHNOLOGY

Our Amazing Race events are run on a sophisticated and robust digital platform that has a dedicated staff to develop and maintain it. Our technology enhances the human interaction of the event as opposed to replacing it. The platform allows us to create rich experiences for participants that can be captured by text, photo or video, and many companies use the information captured for marketing and training purposes after the event is complete.

  • Live Hosted Checkpoints:  Our event staff will be positioned at checkpoints to present challenges to your teams. 
  • Specific Course Elements and Modes of Transportation: Aerial Tram, Gondola or Chair Lift Rides, Bike Rentals, and Local Business Experiences such as Museum Checkpoints, a Maze Challenge, or Tomahawk Throwing!
  • Live scoring and monitoring of team submissions: Our event staff will monitor submissions and may give additional points and awards for the most creative ones. 
  • Drone photography: We can have professional photographers and videographers document your event.
