If you are an individual, you can still participate knowing that you will need to submit photos and videos of challenges. Teams stay together during the event completing checkpoints as one team.  Someone will need to submit the photos and videos to earn points for your team and we find that having 4-6 people is optimal for the Amazing Race.\nIf you are an individual, you can still participate knowing that you will need to submit photos and videos of challenges. This is MUCH MORE than just a physical, run-around-the-town event.  You can also join with other individuals before or on the event day to form a team.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”How do we know where to go?”][vc_column_text]Checkpoints are located around the town of Jackson within 1 square mile of Town Square.  Your team will receive preliminary course information before the event to strategize your approach (if you choose!). Your team will download a smartphone event app that will have location checkpoints and on-the-go challenges (done anywhere) integrated into the Towner course. This app will have all the checkpoints and challenges integrated with Google Maps for easy navigation.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”How do you win?”][vc_column_text]Teams acquire points by submitting texts, photos, and videos to your downloaded smartphone event app to complete checkpoint challenges. Submissions are judged for accuracy and bonus points are awarded for style.
