Choose Your Own Amazing Race
On Your Mark. Get Set. Well, not yet – Jackson Holes’s famous Ultimate Towner is set for June 5th, 2022. This year the community can look forward to a new and evolved Ultimate Towner that challenges teams with amazing race checkpoints in a “choose your own adventure” style race. This is the 9th annual Ultimate Towner produced by Grand Dynamics. Grand Dynamics is an international business headquartered in Jackson that delivers world-class immersive training and development experiences with an emphasis on adventure.
The Towner serves as a great team-building event for families, friends, and co-workers to bond together and start the summer season with a shared, novel experience. The event is designed to be very inclusive with all challenges located within a square mile of the Jackson Hole Town Square. This year’s race will be “relatively short” creating an experience that nearly everybody can accomplish. Teams will have fun strategizing and trying to complete as many challenges as possible answering tricky town trivia, overcoming obstacles, and using creativity and collaboration.
This Year’s Towner Gives Teams Choice
When: Sunday, June 5th, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Where: The event will begin and end at Phil Baux Park, the race will take place throughout town.
How: The types of challenges are much more eclectic than the standard walls to climb over – teams will need to think, be creative and work together to be successful. Points are acquired by submitting text, photos, and videos to compete in checkpoint challenges.
Grand Dynamics had been delivering Amazing Race-style events for years with great success. The new and evolved Towner is sure to be – a winner! If participating just isn’t your cup of tea, you can still be involved by volunteering or spectating throughout the course.
